Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Beauty & Detox Spa provides to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

 

Appointments

Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. 

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or losing the appointment. For Colonic detox treatments please arrive 15 minutes before to fill in consultation form.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 02083400077 with a minimum notice of 24 hours otherwise a 50% charge may be implemented. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

Treatments Disclaimer

We achieve significant results on many clients and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. However client’s results may vary from person and thus the same results are not guaranteed. This varies according to a persons biological make up, response, diet, and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.

Medical History

Prior to your treatment you are given a consultation card to fill out. Clients are instructed to fill this out honestly and sign each time before treatment, to ensure medical details are always up to date. Beauty & Detox Spa does not take any responsibility IF a client has failed to outline any medical history on consultation card. 

Beauty & Detox Spa may ask to see a doctors note to confirm a treatment can be carried out.

Payment Method

Beauty & Detox Spa, cash and all card payments/bank transfers so please do not ask for credit. Card payment may be used if purchasing a treatment from a third party, e.g Treatwell or Groupon.

The nearest cash point is under two minutes by foot (Post Office)

Receipts

All clients are entitled to receipts upon request. As Beauty & Detox Spa or From Sannas Group is in the process of going paper free, all receipts will digital and emailed to the client.

Prices

Our prices are subject to change without notice. 

Treatments pre-booked with a special offer must be paid for in advance to secure the offer. 

 

Discounts

Students must show a valid Totum Card (NUS) to get 10% off treatments, failure to show one will result in no discount. 

Refunds

Purchases of any treatments, treatment courses are NON - REFUNDABLE, however a credit note can be issued within 14 days of purchase, Credit notes will expire after 6 months, and 24 months for pregnancy. Credit note for courses that have commenced will be calculated based on individual treatment price and will lose the benefit of the discounted course price. Purchases of any products are non refundable for hygiene reasons. This is because time slots have been booked for your bespoke treatment. 

Courses

All courses must be paid in full at time of booking. All courses EXCEPT for the Facials must be completed with 3 months. Facial courses are valid for 5 months. Courses are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course. Courses cannot be shared with people. 

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

 

Gift Vouchers

Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be produced at the time of your treatment., Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase, can be purchsed online.

Age Restrictions and Guests

Our Facials are suitable for teens from the ages of 13-16, clients under the age of 16 must have an accompanying adult present throughout and written consent.

To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that babies are not brought into the clinic. Our receptionists are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our receptionist to watch their children during treatments. 

For safety reasons, clients can not bring another person into the treatment room.

Pets

We love furry friends but unfortunately we are unable to allow pets in premises for hygiene reasons and allergies.

Mobile Phones and Tablets

We ask that all handheld electronics are turned off for the relaxation of all clients.

Abuse Policy

Any abuse to Beauty & Detox Spa staff will not be tolerated. Clients will be asked to leave the premises and treatments will be refused, legal action may be taken.

 

Complaint Policy 

Beauty & Detox Spa endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Beauty & Detox Spa, you are entitled to lodge a complaint. We kindly ask you refrain from posting negative reviews online and make a formal complain to us first. If the issue is not resolved accordingly then negative reviews are permitted. Complaints should be made to info@beautydetoxspa.co.uk, to the manager at Beauty & Detox Spa. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
