Massage – Pregnancy




A perfect solution to de-stress from any pregnancy discomforts, a regular massage can help support a faster post-pregnancy recovery.
After a consultation, your fully trained therapist begins by warming your muscles with a combination of gentle gliding strokes & effleurage. After the massage, you can discuss your needs with the therapist for a self-care and follow-up treatment plan according to your needs. Please note that we will only be able to provide pregnancy massages after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and up to before the last two weeks.
